How to manage your plan yourself You can change or cancel your plan at any time by following these steps:
1) Log in to your 3Plus account.
2) Select the Profile menu (top right-hand corner).
3) Select the Manage Package menu.
4) Select Change Plan and continue by selecting the new package you want.
5) Confirm the package change with payment.
Package Cancellation
In case of cancellation of 3Plus via www.ch3plus.com
1) Log in to your 3Plus account.
2) Select the Profile menu (top right-hand corner).
3) Select the Manage Package menu.
4) Select the Cancel package.
5) Confirm package cancellation.
If you subscribed through the App Store, you must cancel it. as follows;
1) Go to the Settings menu of your iPhone.
2) Select the customer's Apple ID.
3) Select Subscriptions.
4) Select CH3+.
5) Click Unsubscription.
If you subscribe through the Play Store, you must cancel it. as follows;
1) Go to the Play Store app and tap on your profile picture.
2) Select Payment and Subscriptions.
3) Select Subscriptions.
4) Tap the service you want to cancel (3Plus).
5) Check the details and click Cancel Subscription.
In case of cancellation via AIS
1) Contact AIS Call Center 1175.
2) If you are using AIS individually, dial *678*059*059#.
3) If you are using AIS annual, dial *678*0360*0360#.
*After that, you will receive an SMS confirming your cancellation, with the cancellation of the monthly package effective immediately.*
The right to use 3Plus Premium can be subscribed to 1 account per 1 package and viewed on 1 device simultaneously. In the case of package cancellation, the company reserves the right to refund the service fee. In case of package cancellation before the expiration date of the package purchased through 3Plus from the Website only, for cancellations that require a refund of the service fee of the package purchased through In-App Purchase, please proceed directly with the Apple Store/Play Store within 7 days. For packages subscribed to through AIS, please get in touch with the AIS Call Center.
