BEC World Public Company Limited, BECi Corporation Company Limited, and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Company”) would like to set forth the policy in relation to copyright for programs, dramas/series, news, re-run dramas/series, online television, including other transactions which are communicated under the name “Channel 3”, including but not limited to, communication through or under trademarks Channel 3, Channel 33 and/or 3Plus and other digital media under the brand “3Plus” through televisions, websites, applications and all digital devices (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Channel 3 Programs”) that the following actions:
- making available to the public of the whole or any part of Channel 3 Programs by simulcasting and/or rebroadcasting;
- incorporating any intellectual property of the Company, Channel 3, Channel 33, and/or 3Plus and/or all categories of Channel 3 Programs, including but not limited to Channel 3, Channel 33, and/or 3Plus logos, Channel 3, Channel 33, and/or 3Plus trademarks, program names, names of moderators, characters, dramas/series script, or any part of intellectual property with your work.
In either case, regardless of the purpose of such action, including but not limited to, for direct or indirect commercial benefits, shall require written approval from the person who is authorized to sign the approval on behalf of the Company and/or from the authorized signatory of the juristic person related to such intellectual property.
In this regard, for prompt response to your application for copyright licensing, for instances:
- applying for using performer’s rights and television program license for the purpose of advertising, merchandising;
- applying for the right to simulcast and rebroadcast dramas/series, news, and other contents and programs of Channel 3 through online media (websites, applications, OTT service providers), television media, cable television in Thailand and abroad;
- notifying copyright or intellectual property infringement;
- and etc.,
